William Franklin Gray

William Franklin Gray, 73, of Martinsville , died Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in Martinsville. He was born in Havaco, WV on May 20, 1937 to Nelson Gray and Annie Ellen Helton Gray. He retired from Pannill Knitting and attended Abundant Life Fellowship Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Billie Nanette Gray, one sister, Linda Sue G. Sexton and four brothers, James Hobart Gray, Clarence Edward Gray, Leslie Junior Gray and David Lee Gray.
　
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Stump Gray of the home , one daughter, Ellen Gray Smallwood of Collinsville, two sons, Jimmy Ray Meyers of Stoneville, NC, Nelson Franklin Gray of Martinsville, 5 sisters, Anna Mae Gray El Arabi of Benghazi, Libya; Virginia Gray Miller of Baldwinsville, NY; Barbara Jean Gray Ward of Colorado ; Nancy Marie Gray Alexander of Bluefield, WV; Mabel Kathaleen Gray Smith of Rockville, MD, nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
　
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Home, Martinsville Chapel with Rev. Dale Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.
　
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Homes, Martinsville Chapel.
